NATIONAL VENDOR TRADESHOWS
All Vendors Wanted!!!
Our tournaments attract 64 - 96 teams. Approximately 5,000 people comprised of players, coaches, families and spectators visit our events from all over the country. Additionally, over 300 college coaches attend the showcase tournaments. The Vendor Area will also attact many more teams not participating in the tournament, since local teams are anxious to attend to see new products.
Tents will be set up along theouther parking lot area, resulting in continuous traffice flow.
Galaxy Stars Events offers you an opportunity to reach thousands of players, parents, team coaches and college coaches of all age groups in one location to market your products. This includes tournament games, as well as, camps/clinics. We try to make it easy for you to get your product, service or message out to the attendees of the events.

Vendors Liability & Insurance
Vendors must provide a copy of their vendor permit. This certificate is required by the city of Virginia Beach, no exceptions.
Space Rental
1. Basic Booth: This contract is for the use of basic booth space and provides a 10' x 10' tented space (if necessary), (2) chairs and (2) 8' tables or mobile/trailers.
2. Payment for Space: All online registrations must be followed by payment in full per booth, payable to Galaxy Stars Events.
Cancellation of Contract
Late Cancellation: If space is cancelled by the vendor within one week prior to the event/tournament, vendor may be charged a cancellation fee. Request for refunds must be made in writing, preferably via email, to jastandish@cox.net.
